Within the scope of compliance with the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption (RGPC), established by Decree-Law no. 109-E/2021, of 9 December, A. MENARINI PORTUGAL - FARMACÊUTICA, S.A. intends, with this document, to define the general principles of action, organization and control mechanisms aimed at preventing, detecting, deterring and investigating any suspicions of corruption and related infractions, covering its entire organization and activity, including administrative, management, operational or support areas.
